Java Devops Senior Software Engineer

this role, you will:Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staffRequired Qualifications, International:Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalentDeveloper with 7 - 10 years of experience in software development.Proficient in Core Java (Version 1.8 and higher), Spring, Spring Boot, Micro ServicesProficient in latest version of Web Development (SOAP/ReST).Experience in Cloud Native Development with at least 2 years of hands on experience.Proficient in Agile development environment.Experience with Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube and other CI/CD tools.Well versed in SQL.Desired Qualifications:Good understanding of application security principlesGood understanding of UI testing automation frameworks like SeleniumTest and Behavior Driven Development using CucumberHas experience on working in Linux/Unix/Solaris environment.Exposure to any automated job control system like Autosys.Experience with working on front office trading applications preferably in capital markets.Exposure to Capital Markets domain is preferable
