• Hands on experience in Java-J2EE Development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, Web services, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, JQuery and AJAX.
• Proficiency with PL/SQL on MySql or Oracle.
• Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOAD) on J2EE framework and data architectures.
• Hands on in applying Design patterns to solve problems.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
• Hands on experience in Tomcat and Web logic/Web sphere servers.
• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
