Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and schedule sessions
- Design and implement effective training programs
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions
- Develop educational materials, including module summaries, videos, and presentations
- Maintain attendance and other records
- Perform evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor candidate performance and training responsiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Java with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or JavaFX
- Proficient in object-oriented programming concepts
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to others
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Education:
- Preferred: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Additional certifications in relevant technical areas are a plus
