Java Full Stack Developer

Team Lead with experience in building high-performing scalable enterprise-grade applications. 5 to 8 years of experience in Java/Java 2EE UI/UX and Back-end development. Strong communication skills. Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new/existing software or applications. Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards. Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development team. Job responsibilities include but not limited to: ? Responsible for development testing support & troubleshooting of new applications and modification in existing applications as per requirements by studying / analyzing requirements. ? Oversee progress of the development team to ensure consistency with initial design. ? Executes common System Life Cycle Development processes and standards to define build and launch the correct End Result: o Develop design specifications installation instructions and other system-related information. o Design develop implement and maintain a series of programs subsystem revision and enhancement of current system. o Verify stability interoperability portability security and scalability of java system architecture. o Provide technical guidance and coaching. o Experience in web technologies like Angular HTML 5 JavaScript CSS JQuery Ajax. o Experience in Back-end like UDB DB2 and SQL Server. o Experience is Cloud Technology o Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture o Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods o High quality organizational and leadership skills o Outstanding communication and presentation abilities o Self-motivated driven and capable of working unsupervised
