Technical Experience : 1-7 years hands-on experience providing technical direction for the development, design, maintenance and integration of distributed computing solutions end-to-end in core Java programming with Struts, Spring and Hibernate technologies 2-5 years experience in the financial services industry expert in Java J2EE with Struts / Spring framework, Hibernate, XML, XSL, XSLT, SOA/SOAP and web service development skills required, experience with DHTML, AJAX, JQuery is a plus 3-strong in MVC, J2EE Design
