Key Responsibilities : 1 Design, develop, test, and deploy new code to meet the Business needs of the stories and features 2 Maintain and enhance existing code to improve our software and minimize Technical debt of the platform Researches technical solutions for changing business needs 3 Ability to work in Agile environment - Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables 4 Ensure the final product is highly performant, responsive, and of the highest quality - Actively participate in agile ceremo
Technical Experience : 1 Must have Java full stack development 2 Good to have knowledge in Core Java, Spring/SpringBoot with relevant experience in J2EE technologies, Hibernate Framework, Microservices and restful/Soap webservice 3 Good to have knowledge in front end technologies - Angular, HTML, CSS would be preferred
Professional Attributes : 1: Strong team facilitation skills2: Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution skills 3: Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full time education
