Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have
• Good experience in Java, Springboot, Angular, Rest APIs, Node JSÂ
• Good experience in Azure cloud platform, monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, SplunkÂ
• Depth of understanding and experience in DevOps toolchain in Azure or any other foundation such as Atlassian or Cloud FoundryÂ
• Advanced understanding of software engineering practicesÂ
• Expertise with distributed version controls systems like GitÂ
• Proficiency with Test Driven Development and/or Behaviour Driven Development and non-functional testingÂ
• Experience of DevOps: you build it, you run itÂ
• Advocate and experience of Continuous integration and Continuous DeliveryÂ

• Build and maintain high-quality, reliable software and own it with a high degree of automation in the cloudÂ
• Own complex tasks in the backlog and deliver them routinely with no significant issuesÂ
• Develop/improve standard frameworks and policies, ensuring that they are understood and adoptedÂ
• Support other engineers to produce clean, quality code through code reviews and pair programmingÂ
• Drive DevOps practices to automate the Product development life cycleÂ
• Drive solution through experimentation and innovation as a cultureÂ
• Support the technical platform out of hours as a member of the support rotaÂ
• Contribute and create Product Group OKRs and demonstrate responsibility for the entire team's teams' objectivesÂ
• Lead the measurement and improvement of software development metrics
• Help lead continuous learning and improvement for the Products and Product health related to quality and stabilityÂ
• Solve problems collaboratively, communicating decisions to customersÂ
• Approach, contribute and help lead product planning and roadmap with an agile mentality
• Engage with product colleagues to improve value for the customer and to understand ambiguous requirements
• Demonstrate and champion pragmatism in terms of commercial delivery and software qualityÂ
• Promote technology, innovation, values, and ways of working within the team and wider communityÂ
• Active participation and contribution to Communities of Practice with a focus on positive momentumÂ
