• Implement and deliver high quality software solutions / components for the Risk Reporting, Workflow & UI platform.
• Work on development tasks end-to-end( back-end to front-end) and take complete ownership of the task.
• Leverage his/her experience in cloud migration of the existing legacy application to strategic cloud framework.
• Leverage his/her expertise to mentor developers; review code/designs and ensure adherence to standards.
• Demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with other development, testing and implementation teams to roll-out important regulatory and business improvement programs.
This AD role is based out of Pune, India. The role will be formally that of a Sr. Developer in Java / J2EE technologies.
Your team
You will be part of the Credit Risk IT team for workflow and UI that is responsible for
• Team is part of the Credit Risk IT function and is dedicated to defining and develop the strategic tools and projects for the Credit Risk users.
• The team is responsible for the broad range of applications for data sourcing, data analytics and pre deal credit checker.
• The team is responsible for the Bank’s cloud migration strategy Credit Risk Monitory aims to move pre-deal functionalities over to strategic cloud framework. The new host has different design standards and technology stack that will affect the way legacy systems operates and communicates with its downstream consumers.
Your expertise
• University degree and qualified professional with 8 or more years of experience.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work as part of a global team.
• In–depth experience in high volume and high performance, scalable application design experience with Java/J2EE is essential.
• Very good analytical and development skills and the ability to grasp complex business or technical issues in a structured and efficient manner.
• Have excellent understanding of object-oriented design, database design and development.
• Very strong understanding of Java fundamental and advance concepts
• Experience on web applications with Spring, Spring Boot, REST, JUNIT, HTML, Cascading Style sheet and JDBC Template Modules.
• Good to have experience on React JS
• Experience of building cloud ready and migrating applications using Azure and understanding of the Azure Native Cloud services, software design and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle) and UNIX
• Testing unit, System Integration, UAT, Performance improvements
• Good experience in Analysis skills requirement refinement, data modelling, abstraction
• Experience with Tools such as Toad, Eclipse, GitLab.
