Job Title: Java Full Stack Tech Lead (Looking Immediate joiner)
Experience: 8 to 13 Years
Location: Bangalore / Pune/ Noida
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8–13 years of strong hands-on experience in developing robust full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end technologies. This role demands a proactive leader who can drive technical initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables across all stages of the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement backend services using Java 8+, Spring, and related technologies.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components efficiently using JSON, XML, and RESTful services.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Leverage cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure for application deployment and infrastructure.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ensure smooth build and release processes.
• Apply best practices in coding, testing (using JUnit), and version control using Git/GitLab.
• Ensure adherence to Agile development practices using Jira.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
Required Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 or higher
• Expertise in React.js, HTML, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of RDBMS and strong SQL skills
• Experience with IntelliJ IDEA or similar IDEs
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Source control using Git/GitLab
• Agile development experience with Jira
• Build tools: Maven or similar

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
