JD: BCS ASM track offshore lead
Minimum of 8+ years overall work experience with team lead experience
Minimum of 4-6 years of JAVA 8 & Spring Boot framework, REST APIs development experience
Should possess very good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and have working experience of complex SQLs, stored procedures, packages
Should have hands on experience and be able to code efficiently
Ability to lead an offshore team of 4-6 members. Able to guide the team on the ground both technical & domain/functional front, handhold in their day to day tasks
Coordinating, planning and leading the ASM track closely with all the project stakeholders
Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability
Ability to work in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
