Design, develop and maintain web-based applications using J2EE technologies, including JSP, Struts, Servlets, REST API, Hibernate, Spring framework, and Spring Security
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
Troubleshoot and debug software issues
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3-+ years of hands-on experience in developing web-based applications using J2EE technologies, including JSP, Struts, Servlets, REST API, Hibernate, Spring framework, and Spring Security
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server
Experience with agile software development methodologies
Experience with Git, SVN or other version control systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Experience with AngularJS, JQuery, Vanilla Javascript front-end technologies
Experience with AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, TravisCI, etc
