Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Java technologies, microservices architecture, and database management, complemented by proficiency in Python and CI/CD practices.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Guide a team of developers in building and maintaining Java-based applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Design & Development: Architect and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and performance.
Database Management: Develop and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures for efficient data handling.
CI/CD Implementation: Establish and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
Python Development: Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks as needed.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high code quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
8+ yrs experience
Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS or Azure.
Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of tools like Splunk or Prometheus.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
