Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and design robust microservices architectures.
• Develop, implement, and maintain microservices using Java, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Create RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between microservices.
• Handle the complete software development life cycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure the security, performance, and compliance of microservices applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to microservices and their interactions.
• Optimize and fine-tune microservices for scalability and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java and microservices development.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in Java and microservices development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in microservices development using Java.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming.
• Expertise in designing and building microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to be on-site in Bangalore as needed
