We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities -
• Provide support across the end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle, utilizing their skills and expertise to carry out software development, testing and operational support activities with the ability to move between these according to demand
• Troubleshoot and debug the code to resolve issues that arise in development, testing, deployment and production
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders and business analysts to understand the business requirements and present technical solutions to deliver new features
• Work with solution and enterprise architects, cyber security to prepare detailed technical and solution design documentation
• Participate in project planning and budgeting activities as needed.
• Perform technical review and mentor the team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Software development
• Solid understanding and experience of Java 8(minimum), Spring MVC, Concurrency, Collections, RESTful web services, RDBMS(Oracle/DB2), SQL queries
• Secondary skills: DB2 database, Unix/Shell scripting, Batch scripting, CI/CD pipelines
• Scrum certification preferred.
• Must have exposure to Stakeholder Management, Client interaction, Agile methodology, project management tools
• Must have good analytical, debugging and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Nice to have experience in: Control-M, IBM Content Manager, IBM MQ, Middleware (App server/Web server)
