Your role
Do you have a knack for technology?
Are you building and understanding Business, Technology and Functional Requirements and scope the project?
• working with client and technical SMEs to understand the end to end business process.
• efficient team player and work IT teams globally and operations team to develop and deliver change projects successfully
• support teams through the lifecycle of a change request/ project including a fool-proof testing plan
• implementation activities and management reporting. Work with other Dev teams across to support.
• should be able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of constantly changing business priorities.
• experienced of working using agile/scrum practices.
Your team
You’ll be working in the UBS Global Wealth Management, Client Operations team in Pune, India. You'll be an integral part of a global team working with associates located in Poland and North Americas.
GWM - US provides advice-based solutions through financial advisors who deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals and families. It includes the domestic US business, the domestic Canadian business and international business booked in the US.
Your expertise
• overall 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE is a must
• knowledge of working with cloud (Azure) is added advantage
• working and driving Agile environment by connecting with stake holders is required
• jDK 8 (must), good hands on experience on data structures, streams, lambdas, multi-threading implementations
• webservices(must) , good hands on experience on Webservices Rest/Soap .
• spring (must) - we are fully spring hence knowledge of Spring is a basic requirement,we use SpringBoot, spring-kafka.
• experience on jboss fuse, Camel Routes, Osgi, Cxf, ORM framework e.g: Mybetis
• experience on Unit testing Frame eg:Junit, Mockito.
• experience on Maven , Jenkin , Git
• devOps mindset. We believe in DevOps and DevOps by developers. If you share the same passion, it is a good add-on.
• basic handling comfort with Unix/Linux servers, commands.
• experience in Apigee Platform is added advantage.
• interests in monitoring, support technologies such as, appDynamics, Splunk is an added advantage
• experience with azure is added advantage.
• deep understanding of all aspects of application development and sdlc methodologies – agile & waterfall
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you like to figure out how things work
• solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills.
