Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Java Lead Developer to lead and mentor a team of backend developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of backend developers and architect scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Ensure high-quality, secure, and performant code through collaboration across teams and adherence to best practices
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment best practices to deliver end-to-end solutions
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and expertise in Microservices Architecture
• Solid foundation in OOP, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture, with strong skills in SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB/CosmosDB), and Cloud exposure: AWS or Azure (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven/Gradle), Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
• Excellent debugging, tuning, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on secure coding practices and proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice-to-Haves:
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka, event-driven systems, and exposure to React.js, Angular, or Node.js
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or monitoring tools like Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, and unit/integration testing with JUnit, Mockito, etc.
