We are seeking a Senior/Principal Backend Software Engineer with leadership experience to join our team at Intellias. This role requires collaboration with product owners, area architects, and team members to clarify business needs and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain technical excellence by emphasizing best practices and industry trends.
• Contribute to ongoing features and issues through coding.
• Provide leadership, technical guidance, and direction for integration platform teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and enterprise architects to develop roadmaps.
• Manage scrums, backlogs, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Serve as an agile driver and coach for the software delivery process.
• Participate in recruitment and retention processes to maintain a healthy team composition.
Qualifications:
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 10 years of experience in Software Development using JVM-related languages.
• Experience with Apache Camel, Microservices, AWS, Lambda, Kibana, and Elastic.
• In-depth understanding of software engineering and design fundamentals, backed by hands-on design and development expertise.
• A proven track record of successful technical leadership.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience working in distributed environments.
