Job Title: Java Technical Lead – Java/J2EE Full Stack Development
Experience
We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to lead our team in developing high-quality, scalable software applications.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of experience in Java/JEE technology and a strong understanding of the Spring framework, Hibernate, JSP, Node JS, and other related technologies.

Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
• Provide technical architecture, design, coding, and debugging of product features with latest Web Technologies
• Work on project design, build estimations, and create project plans
• Provide technical guidance and support development of systems
Technical Expertise
• Design major aspects of the architecture of an application, including user interface, backend components, middleware, and infrastructure as per business requirements and standards
• Convert business requirements into executable code
• Analyze and resolve technical queries to help the team
Collaboration and Communication
• Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore teams by closely working with onsite teams and clients
• Passion for technology and ability to navigate complex landscapes by staying on top of latest trends and sharing knowledge
• Cares about cycle time and uses CI/CD practices, tools to rapidly deploy changes to customers while minimizing risk using Industry Best practices
