Overview:
We are looking for a backend developer who is proficient with Java, SpringBoot and has knowledge in all stages of software development and delivery of projects from conception to final product, requiring excellent technical skills and attention to detail. The developer would ensure that the components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.
Key Responsibilities
· He/she will be responsible for the technical development and delivery of business solutions and deliver project from technical perspective.
· Understand technical challenges and arrive at value added technology solutions, define technology direction and roadmap
· Solving complex technical challenges with solid scalable technical solutions
· Design systems at the component level, execute strategic technology choices identified by solution architect, and directly work to achieve the quality of designs and implementation inside and between components.
· Ensure defined best practices are followed in design and coding.
· Ensure scalable design, web security and code quality is maintained all through.
Skills Requirements
· Should have good working experience in Java technologies- Spring boot, Spring MVC
· Experience with Java 8 or higher
· Experience working with Microservices architecture ( Spring cloud)
· Worked with tools such as Docker and experience working with container orchestration managers such as Kubernetes.
· Experience with building applications with JPA, brokers (such as Kafka, Redis), caching technologies (like Redis, MEM).
· Should be with design hands on architectural capability, Deployment, configuration and customization of common tools as part of CNE such as Helm, Jaeger, EFK, Prometheus, Grafana etc.. for integration of telco applications and network elements deployed in Oracle and 3rd parties Cloud Native environments.
· Solid problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
· Experience with TDD and DevOps practices and tooling (E.g. CI/CD pipelines)
· Experience with backend and/or frontend testing frameworks like JUnit, Mocha, Enzyme
· Good interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated and excellent presentation skills
· Ability to effectively work both autonomously as well as with the team
· Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communications skills
