Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

Technology Expertise:

 Demonstrate proficiency in PHP, HTML, WordPress, MySQL, SAAS, Android, iOS, Bootstrap,

CI Framework, CSS3, Java, Angular, Python, Advance MS Excel, AWS management, and GCP

(Google Cloud Platform).

 Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

 Provide guidance and technical support to team members.

Team Management:

 Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring their productivity and performance.

 Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology requirements and

provide effective solutions.

 Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Project Management:

 Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence

to quality standards.

 Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress.

 Implement project management methodologies and best practices.

System Administration and Maintenance:

 Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and

databases.

 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

 Implement security measures to protect company data and systems.

Vendor Management:

 Evaluate and select vendors for IT-related products and services.

 Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.

 Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level agreements are met.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

 Utilize Advance MS Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports.

 Present findings and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Cloud Management:

 Manage and optimize cloud services, particularly AWS and GCP.

 Ensure secure and efficient utilization of cloud resources.

 Monitor cloud costs and implement cost optimization strategies.

Requirements:

 Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.

 Extensive knowledge and practical experience in PHP, HTML, WordPress, MySQL, SAAS,

Android, iOS, Bootstrap, CI Framework, CSS3, Java, Angular, Python, Advance MS Excel, AWS

management, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform).

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
