The Business Analyst’s primary responsibilities will be to develop business requirements by conducting workshops and meetings for identifying use cases, facilitating the assessment of efficiency & value in conjunction with the business stakeholders, and IT teams for identified/approved opportunities. Additionally, the Business Analyst will also support the Automation Technical Manager and other Digital Office transformation projects in the design and testing of solutions to address the business requirements of specific projects. We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development and possess a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Develop user interfaces and experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. • Create and maintain databases, ensuring high-performance and responsiveness. • Identify and fix performance issues and bugs. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements. Skills required: UI Tier - Spring Boot, jQuery, Jsp. · Business Tier - Strong knowledge Java/J2EE concepts & Design Patterns, Angular. · Database knowledge - RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL · Integration Tier – Basic knowledge of XML/XSD/XSLT. · Knowledge of Web Server/App Server like WAS or Apache http Server. · Knowledge of Queue Messaging tools like WebSphere MQ · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. · Possesses strong communication skills (verbal and written) with good listening capabilities. · Demonstrated ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities. · Strong Team Player, interpersonal & presentation skills.
