Technology: Java / JEE / Spring SQL / Postgres /MS SQL/My SQL/ Oracle
Experience: Software Developer: 3 to 5years
Senior Software Developer: 5 to 8years
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for development of custom modules in hospital information systems according to the business requirements
• Provide assistance to testers and support personnel in resolving issues/problems.
• Communicate with third party vendors and technical support staff regarding solution needs or other issues
• Research and recommend solutions and other tools for product enhancements.
• Participate in meetings with team and coordinates work among developers with a goal to meeting timelines & highlights any upcoming risks.
OPTIONAL SKILLS
Frontend Technologies: Bootstrap, React JS
Application Servers: Tomcat / J Boss / WebSphere
Experience with working in LINUX/UBUNTU environment
SOFT SKILLS AND QUALITIES
• Fluency in English
• Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of End Users.
• Should possess good understanding and anticipation of user’s needs and aspirations, owning their issues through to resolution.
• Desire to learn, improve, and progress personally and within the context of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and ability to work outside known technological environment.
• Excellent team player besides able to work on their own.
• Should be able to meet tight deadlines and be thorough and precise in their work and be able to multi-task
