Role & Responsibilities:
Design and develop Java/ J2EE and databases based web App.
Work with end to end server side development along with web based front end development.
Collaborate with independent front end development teams.
Use native apps on various devices on different technologies.
Ensure completion of delivery of large scale web based products including design development and deployment.

Candidate Profile:
Desired Education, Experience and Competencies:
BE/ B.Tech/ MCA with 2 Plus Year experience in Core Java, Struts 2, Hibernate, Java Script/ JQuery, Web services and MYSQL using Agile methodologies.
Prior experience of working with end to end server side development along with web based front end development.
Ability to design, develop and complete delivery of large scale web based products.
Hands-on with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum Model.
Must be very strong on:
a) Core Java/ J2EE (Collection, Multi-Threading, Design patterns, Synchronization).
b) Struts2 (Interceptors, Action Classes, Struts Tags, Filter Dispatcher).
c) Hibernate (Session factory, Session, Transaction, Criteria, HQL, Mapping, Caching) OR JDBC.
d) Java Script/ JQuery (AJAX, Dynamic UI).
