We are looking for an experienced and ideal Java Developer who is passionate about the scalable application and cloud native development; and looking for new challenges. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation software. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects. You should have significant experience in building distributed systems with solid architecture and design principles. You would take ownership for entire end to end delivery - perform analysis, estimation, design, and development, and deliver to the clients frequently. You will be working with a Software development team based in India & Hong Kong.

About the Job Role
What you'll be doing (Fun and challenging..)
· Contribute in all phases of development lifecycle
· Creating Development related documentation
· Discussion with clients to understand and implement requirements
· Participate in Code reviews
· Designing, coding, and debugging of Java, J2EE application systems.
· Write well designed, testable and efficient code.
· Evaluating and identifying new technologies for implementation.
· Transforming business requirements into executable coding solutions.
· Translate business requirements from BA to development tasks
· Act as a SCRUM master to ensure smooth SPRINT planning and deliver on time
· Perform application and database schema design according to in-house framework and best practices
· Work with Architecture and other teams for application integration and deployment
· Ensure deliverables can meet the functional and performance requirements
· Occasionally need to work outside regular office hour and/or travel aboard to meet with development teams and users
Requirements
What you'll need to be successful in your role
· Understanding with Micro service architecture.
· Experience in Java Core & Web Applications.
· Proficiency in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring boot, Spring MVC
· Working knowledge of JSON, XML, data parsing, multi-Threading
· Experienced in REST Web Services, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Hibernate.
· Experience with IDE Eclipse or IntelliJ, Repository GIT
· Familiarity on Agile Methodology, Scrums & Sprints.
· Experience in Object-oriented design and analysis (OOA and OOD)
· Experience in SQL and no-SQL databases.
· Technically curious, versatile and solution oriented.
· Ability to work within a team with ownership.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Bonus attributes
· Experience in JS technologies (Angular, ReactJS or NodeJs).
· Good to have knowledge of Cloud Services & DevOps culture.
· Understanding of messaging systems such as kafka and mqtt.
· Knowledge of Sql/NoSql databases (e.g. MySql, PostgreSql, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis).
· Current or actively pursuing related professional certifications.
