The Java Developer will be working with a central government client in Newcastle, 2 days per week onsite. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to track project progress and foster a culture of agility and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team
• Track project progress and provide timely feedback
• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Java 8+
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Spring/Spring Boot
• Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
