Designation: Java Developer

Location: Preference Pune, Pan India

Preferred Exp:- 3 to 6 year

Budget is upto 11LPA

Experience & Skills Required:

• Excellent Java programming skills

• Experienced in Java based software development for enterprise applications

• Expertise in as many as possible of the following:

• MVC frameworks – Spring MVC, Spring-boot, Struts

• REST, JSON, JSON-RPC, SOAP/XML

• JDBC Driver

• Experience in Kafta/Sacla

• Multi-Threading and concurrency

• Unix and Shell scripting

• Solid Understanding of basic networking protocols – TCP/IP, UDP

• Various single sign-on implementation

• LDAP implementation

• Expert in Java/J2EE design patterns, ORM/persistence technologies Web Services, Apache Camel, JAXB, JMS, JDNI, Junit, XML / JSON / XSL, application servers (Weblogic, Websphere )and databases (Cassandra), Struts, Hibernate.

• Knowledge of application servers like TOMCAT, JBOSS, and WEBSPHERE etc. will be preferred.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and Maven

• Strong experience in Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Maintains and updates an ISMS Vulnerability dashboard to keep track or organizational weakness and present to the management for decisions.

• Decisions requiring implementation are tracked with the implementation team till closure.

• Vulnerabilities for which there is no action taken are reported for residual risk approval to the top management (Senior Management).

• Verifies and performs risk assessment for any new product/project/customer acquisition.

• Document Controller for all ISMS related documentation. Document owner is a separate role, CISO is not necessarily the document owner for all security policy/procedures, some of which are owned by other departments such as IT, HR, Admin, physical security, application development and Senior management.

• Identification of new threats/vulnerabilities and reporting to relevant stakeholders

in relation to enterprise information risk.

• Responsible for reporting full or part of the ISMS performance on a monthly basis.

• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Management Plan for the region.

• Approve and review the risk treatment plan, and accept residual risk

• Design and deliver awareness program

• Evaluate, implement and ensure utilization of up-to-date security technology and

techniques

• Review and monitor information security incidents

• Ensure ISMS is in line with new legal, administrative, and business requirements

• Ensures that security is part of the information planning process

• Decide specific methodologies and processes for information security. For e.g. risk

assessment, security classification system etc.

• Drive Aventior wide information security initiative

• Assess new system and services for security before absorbing them into the

system and identify and implement appropriate security controls
