Job Description
CSM Technologies is looking to hire qualified candidates having relevant experience in Java, Spring boot, JPA/ Hibernate, JQuery/ Angular , APIs, and Microservices. S/He needs to lead a team of software developers from the forefront with project/ task assigning and activity monitoring, client Interaction and system analyzing capabilities. S/He will be responsible for building digital application on a scalable and highly available platform by leveraging the Oracle product portfolio.
Experience: 7-12 years
Job Profile:
• To lead a team of Java developers.
• To develop web application in Java, Spring boot, Hibernate etc.
• Requirement study and client interaction.
• Functional Design of mutual agreed requirement.
• Preparation of effort estimation, work Schedule and Resource Loading sheet.
• Technical Review and module release for testing.
• Bug report analysis & release module for implementation.
• Presentations to different prospects, clients and team members.
• Have to monitor the progress of various projects and coordinate with the development team for timely delivery.
• Have to travel across locations globally for short visits [client visits].
Candidate Profile
• Candidate should have very good technical skill in Java
• Candidate should have experience of leading team members & client interaction
• Communication skill in English should be excellent
• Candidate should be smart & personality should be very good
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
