Java Technical Lead
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required.
A very strong communicator with the ability to interface directly with clients and analysts to ensure technical requirements and delivery align with expectations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills
Have in-depth knowledge of software architecture and design
Experienc in leading/managing software development teams with minimum ++ years of experience in Springboot/ Microservices
Driving technical excellence and efficiency within the team, pushing innovation and quality
Designing scalable architecture systems for Java-based applications.
Translate the clients business objectives into technical requirements covering all aspects of the functionalities.
Understand the user stories and break them int modules of technical scenarios.
Lead and guide the technical consultants during various phases of the project including design, coding, unit testing to deployment
Troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate possible resolutions
Can work independently effectively
