Requirements:
• Min 8 Years of relevant programming experience in any technology such as Java, Dot net, PHP, etc.
• Should be hands-on for Implementing complex features of the project
• Should be able to create effective Technical Designs for tasks by adhering to defined architecture, principles and compliances
• Should be able to create effective Database Designs Data storage+Retrieval mechanisms
• Handling technical difficulties/problems that developers will have
• Handling technical questions received from a client
• Should have detailed knowledge of various technical solutions, architecture implemented for common functionalities of enterprise applications
• Should focus on optimizing the work by recognizing & creating reusable code components, identifying potential 3rd party codes/tools / libraries etc
• Should have the knowledge of the current technologies and framework if any
• Verify Architecture implementation and other standards with the Architecture team.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Regularly review the code of team members and maintain High coding standards.
• Help team members in understanding expected implementation or if they get stuck during implementation
• Guiding other team members in the code review process and designing better technical Solutions
• Research and implement new/complex tasks
• Mentoring potential tech leads and developing the next ladder or tech leads
• Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technologies
• Code Management, Maintaining code properly as per standards
• Deployment Management, working with Server Admin for Server setup and code/project deployment
• Make sure all the required scenarios are checked with the QA team. If there is any technical challenge to fulfil the scope, scenario then discuss with PM and Customers.
• Timely completion of various tasks / Overall time management
• Being able to verbally communicate with customers and smart communication
• Following the overall commitment.
• Understanding the time and cost significance on projects to help deliver High quality projects within set budget and work towards regular improvement
• Should be well equipped to work on complex and/or Enterprise level applications
