About the team
Sales & Boarding (S&B) train supports the sales and boarding systems used by the Merchant Solutions business. We drive change across a number of platforms to improve revenue, aid efficiency, maintain control and enhance customer experience. S&B provides supports to ecommerce solutions in UK and ROI region and have plans to expand beyond. We are working on new boarding workflow with goal of "10 mins onbaording". As part of new boarding workflow teams are going to enhance boarding workflow efficiency like, "Boarding Gateway" will provide a common entry point for all the Sales cahnnels and Third party services into boarding workflow. "Boarding Choreography Service (BCS)" will automate the end-to-end workflow for onboarding merchants to different domains with advanced notification and error tolrance mechanism built-in.
What you will be doing:
• Analyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements and/or new products
• Participate in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Write code, complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
• Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
• Train and communicate with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application.
• May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences
Technical Skills :
• 3 to 6 years of Expert in Java, JSP, Tomcat, VXML, JavaScript
• Good experience in Spring boot and Microservices and IVR
• In-depth working knowledge of Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech applications.
• Strong background with NICE CXone implementations, including CRM integrations with external platforms
• Experience integrating business processes across disparate systems and multiple Salesforce instances using web services, SOAP, REST, XML, HTML and JavaScript
• Skilled in testing and debugging of the IVR application.
• Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Having hands-on experience with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system in a developer role
• Design, develop, deploy, and support constantly evolving IVR based on business requirements.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS , Azure
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Strong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML
• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases
• Support the integration of CXone technology including screen-pops and omnichannel routing of voice, email and chat via web services
• This position will focus on the development of CXone to include configuring agents, skills, hours of operations, reporting, call flows, routing, integration, and other services on the vendor platform
