Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 3 years of software engineering or related experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of proven Coding experience in Java/JEE/Rest/Micro Services
Should exhibit good Java/JEE skillset, Micro Services
Well versed in Java/JEE technologies like Application servers, Servlets, Eclipse Link, JMS, ReST ful services, JSON/XML
Good knowledge of current/emerging technologies and trends
Should have working knowledge on Oracle SQL Queries
Should have Oracle PL/SQL Programming Knowledge
Hands on with debugging code and troubleshooting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should be able to convey thoughts and information clearly
Experience in working with on a Trade Finance/ Corporate Banking domain will be a plus
Should have knowledge on Cloud Applications
Should have worked on an Agile Development environment for at least 2 years
