What you need to Suit Up
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or Masters in Computer Applications, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of programming experience in relevant languages and technologies.
Experience with open source frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts.
Extensive experience in Java/JEE, JSF, Servlets, JSP and JDBC.
A great attitude and the willingness and desire to learn and grow.
Ability to pick up new concepts rapidly and a talent for technology.
A strong sense of commitment to achieving results.
