Job Description
We are seeking an experienced NodeJS Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using NodeJS. The candidate should have a strong understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystem, including frameworks such as Express and libraries such as Mongoose.
Responsibilities:
• Develop server-side applications using NodeJS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Ensure high performance and scalability of server-side applications
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
• Work with front-end developers to integrate server-side applications with web applications
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in NodeJS development
• Proficient in JavaScript and its ecosystem, including frameworks such as Express and libraries such as Mongoose
• Experience in working with databases such as MongoDB or MySQL
• Strong understanding of web development concepts, such as HTTP, RESTful APIs, and web sockets
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in AWS or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
