About the Job

We are seeking an accomplished Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a proven track record in designing, developing, and executing automated tests using Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in software development and testing, with hands-on expertise in Java and Selenium.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the software meets the required standards;

• Maintaining and updating test frameworks and automation scripts to ensure optimal performance;

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee that the software is of the highest quality and meets the client's requirements;

• Identifying and reporting defects, tracking them to closure, and providing feedback on product quality to the development team;

• Participating in code reviews to provide feedback on improving code quality;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in software development and testing;

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language;

• Hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver;

• Experience in developing automation frameworks and scripts;

• Experience in testing web applications;

• Experience in Agile methodology and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD);

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
