In this role, you will:
• Design and build solutions by increasing customer satisfaction and align solutions to the business and IT Initiatives.
• Build solutions with an engineering mindset that not just achieve functional objectives but also cater to non-functional requirements with consistent performance that help our business to grow revenue.
• Develop and manage the professionalism, foster collaboration, adopt best practices and ensure on-time and top quality deliveries.
• Collaborate with a global team where co-ordination activities would cross regional boundaries.
• Drive full stack end to end solutions based on daily conversations within the scrum meeting.
• Develop/code on assigned module/functionality.
• Contribute in successful delivery of projects by providing Technical / Application guidance to project teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• 6-8 years of overall IT experience with strong hands on experience on Java, Spring Boot, MS SQL
• Sr. Java Developer with Integration Experience and Microservice architecture and development.
• Experience on Web Services (REST, SOAP).
• Knowledge of XML, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width) and SQL.
• Hands on experience on Spring Framework and/or Hibernate. Experience on Cloud technologies (i.e. Google, AWS)
• Very good analysis and trouble shooting skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills as he/she has to work in global environments.
• Requirement analysis: Analyse the requirements.Design: Develop / review the technical design.Coding: Analyse and develop code as per specifications.
• Reviews: Conduct review of design/code/test plan and test results
• Support: Provide post development support.
• Expertise programming skills in core java and j2EE.Worked extensively on Spring MVC, Spring Boot framework to develop new internal web applications.
• Experience in version control tools like GIT, CVS, and SVN. Expertise in REST, SOAP web services to integrate between applications to application.
• Strong Knowledge in any Java Integrated Development Environment (IDE) like Eclipse / IntelliJ / Spring Tool Suite
• Strong Knowledge in any build tools like ANT, Maven, Gradle. Strong Knowledge in DB schema designing, SQL database.
• Strong Knowledge in debugging and trouble shooting.
• Work background of Asset Management/investment banking domain. Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum.
