We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Leader
In this role, you will:
Solid expertise in Java, J2EE, spring boot, microservices programming.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of API development.
Follow best coding practices in the discipline and contribute your own thoughts on implementation and improvement.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodology to develop the APIs, test and deploy.
Familiarity with cloud message APIs.
Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Drive continuous improvement in the development process and team productivity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Solid experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
