2. Conduct classroom and on the job trainings for partner technicians
4. Mentor and guide partner technicians to enhance productivity
5. Ensure zero defect execution of partner connect activity
6. Drive partner connect installation and fault repair related SLA
7. Ensure customer satisfaction
8. Ensure adherence to Jio processes as per company defined SLAs
