Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Shortlist, onboard and certify partners or technicians as per operational requirements.
2. Ensure availability of trained technicians and manage upgrades or terminations when required.
3. Conduct initial training, reskilling, upskilling and periodic refresher programs to maintain service quality.
4. Deliver hands-on field training through OJTs to strengthen technician capability.
5. Track KPIs and performance metrics of partners and technicians for continuous improvement.
6. Implement corrective actions based on evaluations to meet service and quality standards.
7. Guide and support issue resolution within TAT to ensure high customer satisfaction.
8. Conduct audits, inventory reconciliation, and FTTx device inspections to maintain accuracy.
9. Handle walk-in customer interactions, device repairs or swaps, CRM entries, and software updates.
10. Train and support extended service points for consistent service delivery across locations.
11. Travel to various touchpoints as required for operational monitoring and training.
12. Manage complaint handling, outbound calling, and coach Jio Associates when necessary.

- Diploma (preferably in ECE, Telecommunication, IT, or CS)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in device repair, field service operations, or technician management
- Strong customer focus with the ability to handle service issues effectively
- Good communication skills for internal coordination and customer interaction
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach
- Handset repair knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of spare operations and inventory workflows
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital service processes
- Technical knowledge with the ability to guide and manage field teams
