Job Description
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities, with clients primarily in US , Europe, Middle East
Identify/Generate new sales leads through outbound calling, email interactions, chat and social media, keep prospective client database updated.
Research and identify any new market opportunities.
Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue.
Developing and sustaining solid relationship with customer to encourage repeated business.
Maintain knowledge of all products and services offerings of the company
Reviewing client’s feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 Years relevant experience in IT/BPO
Education: Minimum qualification graduation and above.
Skills required:
Need to be a go getter.
b Excellent selling, English communication (verbal, written) and negotiation skills
The ability to handle pressure and meet assigned targets.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Social Media, Multitasking
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Great networking skills
