ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Jewellery & Accessories Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the creative vision for our jewellery and accessory collections. This role requires a highly creative and detail-oriented designer who can manage the design process from concept to final product. You will ensure that each collection embodies the brand’s aesthetic, resonates with our customers, and aligns with current market trends. Collaboration across departments is essential, with a focus on creating elegant, high-quality pieces that are both trend-forward and commercially successful.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Design and develop jewellery and accessory collections from initial concept through to final product. You will also work across belts, bags and sunglasses in future design projects.
Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer preferences, and emerging trends within the jewellery and accessories sectors to guide creative direction.
Create mood boards, colour schemes, sketches, and technical drawings to produce cohesive and innovative collections.
Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure designs meet quality, durability, and aesthetic standards.
Work closely with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to ensure designs align with business goals and market demand.
Provide accurate technical specifications and collaborate with technicians to translate designs into finished products.
Source and select materials, including metals, gemstones, and other components, ensuring a balance of quality, cost, and sustainability.
Oversee the prototyping and sampling process to ensure the final product reflects the original design vision and meets brand standards.
Ensure all designs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Promote sustainable practices by incorporating eco-friendly materials and responsible production methods wherever possible.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
5-7 years of experience in jewellery and/or accessories design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Jewellery Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and CAD programs.
Strong understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and manufacturing processes specific to jewellery and accessories.
A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for creating designs that combine elegance, functionality, and wearability.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey design concepts clearly and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
A deep passion for jewellery and accessories design, along with an understanding of the brand’s identity and values.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
