Job Summary :We are seeking a well-groomed, personable, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Jewelry Consultant. Candidates from the hospitality or luxury service industries are highly preferred. Your role will involve engaging with high-end clients, offering exceptional customer service, and helping them select exquisite jewelry pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, luxury shopping experience.
Understand clients' preferences and guide them in selecting jewelry that suits their needs and style.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Provide product details, including craftsmanship, gemstones, and design inspirations.
Ensure the showroom maintains high standards of organization, and display.
Assist with administrative tasks like invoicing, billing, and order follow-ups.
Uphold professional grooming, etiquette, and a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
Prior experience in hospitality, aviation, luxury retail, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication skills .
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and charm customers.
Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality.
Ability to work in a luxury, client-focused environment with a calm and patient demeanor.
A passion for jewelry, fashion, or luxury products is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
