About Voylla:
Voylla is one of India's leading fashion jewelry brands, known for blending traditional aesthetics with contemporary style. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jewelry Designer to join our dynamic design team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:
Conceptualize and develop innovative jewelry designs in alignment with market trends and Voylla's brand ethos.
Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for new collections.
Develop design prototypes and oversee sampling.
Trend & Market Research:
Analyze current and upcoming fashion/jewelry trends, color palettes, and materials.
Research competitor offerings and market gaps to introduce unique product lines.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the merchandising, marketing, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and timely execution.
Communicate with artisans, CAD designers, and vendors to bring the designs to life.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, or CorelDRAW.
Knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling is an added advantage.
Material & Cost Understanding:
Select suitable materials, stones, and finishes considering cost-effectiveness and quality.
Ensure designs align with the targeted price point and audience.
Collection Management:
Contribute to seasonal collection planning and timely launch of new designs.
Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all design files and samples.
Key Requirements:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in jewelry design, preferably in fashion or imitation jewelry.
Degree in Jewelry Design/Accessory Design from NIFT or a reputed design institute.
Strong understanding of Indian and fusion jewelry trends.
Creative flair with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working with fashion retail brands or jewelry e-commerce.
Understanding of consumer behavior and regional preferences.
Innovative thinking with a passion for craftsmanship and storytelling through design.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
