Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jewelry Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for jewelry design, a strong sense of style, and the ability to translate ideas into unique, marketable jewelry pieces. As a Jewelry Designer, you will collaborate with our product development, production, and merchandising teams to create collections that cater to both traditional and trendy customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
Develop original jewelry designs that balance creativity with commercial appeal.
Create sketches and digital designs (using Corel Draw or similar software) based on customer needs and market trends.
Incorporate traditional, high-end, and contemporary design elements, working with materials such as gold, gemstones, and textured finishes.
Trend Analysis & Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest trends in jewelry design and apply this knowledge to create innovative pieces.
Research market trends, materials, and competitor products to inspire and inform new designs.
Product Development:
Collaborate with the production team to ensure design specifications are met throughout the development process.
Assist in selecting materials, textures, and finishes to ensure the highest quality of product execution.
Client & Team Collaboration:
Understand client/project-based briefings to meet specific design requirements.
Work closely with the merchandising and sales teams to align designs with customer preferences and business objectives.
Trade Show & Exhibition Participation:
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to stay updated on the latest materials, techniques, and trends in the jewelry industry.
