We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team at Stardom Resort in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales of our exquisite jewellery products.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and meet customers upon their arrival at the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Listen attentively to customers' needs and provide detailed explanations to meet their requirements.
- Present customers with a wide range of jewellery options, including pricing details, and offer discounts when necessary.
- Assist customers in packaging and bagging their purchases.
- Collaborate with the cashier to provide accurate pricing information and item weights for the purchased items.
- Facilitate smooth and efficient payment transactions.
- Maintain inventory records by accurately entering data into the computer system.
- Display all available jewellery items in an appealing manner on a daily basis.
- Engage with customers respectfully, answering their questions and providing excellent customer service.
- Implement sales promotions to entice customers and drive sales.
- Ensure that jewellery products are well-arranged and organized in the showroom.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling all financial transactions and maintaining financial accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and guidelines.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions by offering guidance and explaining warranties and guarantees.
- Ensure all relevant documents are properly bagged with the purchased jewellery items.
- Send appreciation messages to customers and keep them informed about our latest arrivals.
- Maintain the security of all jewellery items by returning them to their designated places at the end of each business day.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Excellent 3 years of experience in retail sales.
- In-depth knowledge of jewellery products.
- Professional appearance and ability to dress appropriately for the role.
- Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during business hours.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic financial calculations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
