Job Description
1. Sales Management
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (retail/B2B/online).
Monitor showroom performance and conversion ratios.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Handle high-value clients and ensure premium customer experience.
Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge and selling techniques.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
Manage social media, digital ads, and brand promotions.
Coordinate photoshoots, catalogues, and product launches.
Develop festive and seasonal campaign strategies (weddings, festivals).
Track ROI on marketing activities and optimize performance.
3. Business Development
Identify new business opportunities (retail expansion, partnerships, exhibitions).
Build relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and influencers.
Explore new markets (domestic & international).
Develop B2B channels (wholesalers, distributors, franchise partners).
Participate in jewellery exhibitions and trade shows.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Build long-term relationships with high-value customers.
Implement loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
Maintain and analyze customer database.
Handle customer feedback and resolve escalations effectively.
5. Product & Market Insights
Stay updated with jewellery trends, designs, and customer preferences.
Work closely with design and production teams for new collections.
Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and positioning.
Suggest new product lines based on market demand.
6. Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and manage sales & marketing teams.
Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
Ensure discipline, grooming, and service standards.
7. Inventory & Coordination
Coordinate with inventory and operations team for stock planning.
Ensure availability of fast-moving and high-demand designs.
Minimize dead stock through promotions and sales strategies.
