Job Description
Mangatrai Jewellery ,started in the year 1+05, specialises in pearls, premium ,and bridal jewellery is on the head hunt for young ,innovative , smart and talented managers who can handle the daily operations and management of the store in the best manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) To have good negotiation skills to be able to convince the customer in the best possible way
2) To be able to interact with the clients whenever sales men are doing sales and ready to explain the product to the client along with their differences if any with patience
3) To keep oneself updated with the latest trends in jewellery and to maintain the store according to the latest trends
4) Should be available during working hours on floor to be able to interact with clients and having thorough knowledge in gold,diamonds,pearls etc
5) To be able to explain to the top management about any problems in the store whoever is facing
6)Supervising the cleanliness, hygiene , customer needs and safety of the store at all times
7) To guide on how should the stock be arranged and on display
8) To be able to supervise employees with their daily work requirements , work to improve retail performance and set sales goals
+)To be able to conduct market research and give suggestions on how to improve sales and store in total
10)To be able to handle advertising and promotions of the store
11)To prepare work schedules for jewellery store personnel and provide performance review
12)To order merchandise and stock as and when needed basing on requirements
Skills :
- Should have an experience of 3-4 years in being a jewellery store manager
- To be able to communicate with the customers in all the three languages - English , Hindi and Telugu
- To have good jewellery product knowledge and to be updated with the latest trends in jewellery
- Being innovative and smart and ready to bring changes which will be beneficial to the management in the long run
- To have good problem solving skills along with proper negotiation, management and customer convincing abilities
Timings :10 :30 a.m. to + p.m. Need to come to office 6 days a week
