Job Description
To assist customers in selecting jewellery by providing expert product knowledge, excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining showroom standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Provide detailed information about gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
• Explain product features, pricing, certification, purity, and making charges.
• Assist customers with jewellery trials and styling suggestions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle billing support, exchange, and buy-back processes as per company policy.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up for repeat sales.
• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery.
• Coordinate with the backend and inventory team for stock availability.
• Follow company SOPs, compliance, and ethical sales practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in jewellery retail sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good product knowledge of jewellery (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
