Key Responsibilities
Design and develop creative and market-aligned silver jewelry collections as per customer requirements and brand guidelines.
Conceptualize and produce samples for new jewelry ranges to expand our offerings.
Collaborate with artisans to ensure seamless production workflows, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Conduct quality checks at every stage of production and recommend improvements to enhance craftsmanship.
Stay updated with market trends, materials, and design innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to understand customer preferences and translate them into appealing designs.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in jewelry design, preferably in silver jewelry or related fields.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in jewelry design software/tools (e.g., CAD, CorelDRAW, or similar).
Strong understanding of silver jewelry craftsmanship, including the use of precious and semi-precious stones.
Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with artisans and team members.
A keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
Creativity and a passion for design, with the ability to adapt to customer needs and market trends.
Basic knowledge of gemstone properties and their applications in jewelry design is a plus.
