About the Role
We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dual capacity. This unique role supports two sister companies under one roof: Master Casting and CAD, a premier B2B manufacturing partner for retail jewelers, and Diamonds Inc., our curated retail jewelry boutique.
The ideal candidate is a "people person" who can seamlessly pivot from professional B2B phone support to high-end, in-person retail sales. You will be the first point of contact for our professional clients and the welcoming face for our local retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Voice of the Business: Manage incoming calls for both Master Casting and CAD and Diamonds Inc., providing a professional and helpful experience for every caller.
• Customer Service: Answer foundational questions regarding our services and products; direct more technical or specialized inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Retail Sales: Host in-person appointments for Diamonds Inc., guiding retail clients through the selection and purchase of fine jewelry.
• Order Support: Assist with the administrative side of order processing to ensure client projects move through our system efficiently.
• Traffic Control: Act as the "hub" for our operations, ensuring messages are delivered and clients are cared for promptly.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, or administrative support.
