Role Description
• This is a full-time role for a BPO Domestic Business Development GM at JindalX.
• The Business Development GM will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, driving faster resolutions, and scaling customer success.
• The role includes tasks such as New Business Development, Business Planning, Business Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation, and Sales.
• This is an on-site role located in New New Business Development, Business Planning, and Business Relationship Management skills.
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
